Our founder
Shannon Kozee (pronounced cozy) is an accomplished leader in nonprofit marketing and fundraising. For a career spanning two decades, she has led strategies for some of the most renowned multi-national nonprofits and organizations such as International Justice Mission, Compassion International, Lifeway, VeggieTales, and Samaritan’s Purse.
Shannon’s experience in campaign ideation and execution, content creation, brand formation, partnership management, business development, and fundraising tactics has consistently led to successful initiatives everywhere she has lent her talents. She has led the acquisition of more than 22,000 new donors and over $90 million in revenue, and managed teams with budgets up to $4 million.
She is originally from the Atlanta area and attended the University of Georgia, earning a degree in Journalism and PR. She moved to downtown Franklin, TN in 2010 where she has a quaint white cottage and a charmingly moody old cat. She loves travel and new cultures, her church family, sunsets on the beach, fresh flowers on the table, iced coffee, Reese’s Pieces, and being an auntie. Shannon volunteers as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) working alongside DCS to be an advocate for children navigating the complexities of the court system.
Who is the & Co? We know one person can’t do it all, so if you have a need that we can’t personally meet, we will find the right person to come alongside us. The & Co. “company” we keep are friends and business partners who excel at things like design, videos, and event support.

· Choose 1 service for a monthly retainer of $1000
· Choose 3 services for a monthly retainer of $2750

· Project-based work = monthly retainer rate for duration of work
· Event planning and execution priced on a per-project basis
